Since I was a kid I’m always been passioned by veggies, plant them, watch them growing, understand what they would need to be happier. Taking them out of the dirt smelling and tasting them. Now I have a large Bio Active vegetable and herbal garden that provides me with the gorgeous ingredients needed to create special food experiences for our Guests at Pippo’s and at the PippO’steria.
As well as I distribute those in the area to private people.
My vegetables are grown in beds filled with vulcanic sand and compost originated by humid waste.
I only use micro-organism. The result are vegetables “Super Food” with a nutrient content up to 70% more than the best organic vegetables on the market.
